A former student representative council secretary for Foso College of education, 2018/2019 academic year, Mr. Nasrullah Ibn Mutawakil has officially declared his intention to contest the position of the National Public Relations Manager for Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana (TTAG).
In a statement released this morning, Mr. Nasrullah Ibn Mutawakil acknowledged the need for him to contest the soon to be vacated position. Below is his declaration;
DECLARATION OF INTENT
Today, we affirm our greatest desire to be of service to humanity through our quest in seeking the rightful needs of our trainees. There has been no moment in our lives and in our fraternity that has been more imperative than the moments we find ourselves. We should be aware that our future is not one of ease or resting but of incessant striving that require the fulfilment of the pledges we have so often made and the ones we shall make onwards.
The service of trainees means the service of the many future trainees who might suffer in one way or the other and as such, seek immediate address to their challenges. It means the ending of ignorance, the opening of doors of opportunities and the beginnings of an era of positivity.
It begun with great leaders of antiquity. The likes of Nelson Mandela, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, Jerry John Rawlings and many others. They had their doubts, their set backs yet they stood still and fought hard for glory. Today, after their reigns, their legacies continue to live on.
Many people continue to fight up for humanity. Service to mankind through leadership. Just as steven Spender rightfully spews it in his poem “men who in their life time, fight for lives with their life and sign the vivid air in their honour” We make this appeal to you all to join us with faith and confidence to answer once more, the call from our generation as we begin this great adventure.
We must do this!
We must do this together!
It is a Must!
