My desire to help the needy crowned me, Face of TTAG 2019 – Blandina Sika

The just ended Teacher Trainee’s Association of Ghana, TTAG congress dubbed, “ADVANCING THE ROLE OF TEACHER EDUCATION IN GHANA; THE IMPACT OF GOVERNMENT POLICIES” also witnessed the Face of TTAG 2019.

The beauty Queens who won their respective sectors as it queen, amounting to twelve contestants, had the opportunity to compete in the Face of TTAG 2019. They displayed their pagentry prowess including catwalk and a host of others.

The pagentry which started around 7:00pm and ended at 5:00am glued viewers from vacating their seats because of the thrills and chills it came along with. Some of the performances of the beautiful contestants which were wowed on that night started with singing, playing of instruments, others potraying emotions on a white board together with poetry recital among others.

The later, saw one beautiful queen, Miss Gumenu Blandina Sika from Dambai College of Education which falls under the TTAG-VOLTA sector, crowned, Face of TTAG 2019. In an exclusive interview with the young beautiful trainee concerning her win, she told cedinews.com that, her success story can be affiliated to her passion for pageantry. she again added that, what also drives her to win this year’s face of TTAG was her desire to use the pageantry platform to reach people who are in need.

Our medium also drew close to the first and second runner up of Face of TTAG 2019, Safoah and Sarah, respectively.

Safoah of Brekum College of Education which falls under the ASHBA sector told this medium that, her success story was as a result of women empowerment programme which motivated her to join the face of Berkuley, which is, face of Brekum College of Education, of which she emerged, second runner up. She also went for face of ASHBA which later saw her still at the second runner up position. Fortunately for her, she moved a step from the double second runner up previously to cling first runner up of Face of TTAG 2019.

Amoah Sarah Akua of Akatsi College of Education which falls under the VOLTA sector also ascribed her success story to her mother who has always motivated her to go for what she really want. She added that, her passion for pageantry was also an accelerate which drove her to cling on the second runner up of Face of TTAG 2019.
