The problem of this Country is common sense.

Those occupying the Flagstaff House today and their assigns simply lack it. I mean how in God’s name do we even think of something like this?

Well, as a people we are not angry enough with the wanton idiocy on display. If we were, those who control public resources would take us more seriously and not insult our intelligence and sensitivities like this.

May the souls of the Zongo 7, Ahmed Suale, Kintampo accident victims, 3 Takoradi girls, murdered Mankralo of Prampram and many more, who have lost their lives in equally tragic circumstances but did not even evoke a strain of sympathy from President Akufo-Addo and his cohort, continue to rest in peace.

The death of Floyd, whose neck was pinned under a white officer’s knee, has sparked huge protests over racism and police killings of black Americans.

New charges were announced on Wednesday against all four of the now sacked officers present at Floyd’s death.

The charge against Derek Chauvin has been elevated to second-degree murder while the other three officers, previously uncharged, face counts of aiding and abetting murder.
